Job Description

ADMIN & PRODUCTION SUPPORT
Our client is a locally owned and operated industry leader in Business Communication Services, both offline and online, that brings forward-thinking solutions to their customers. SUMMARY The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills who will maintain the front lobby and office while supporting the production team in scheduling, client outreach and data entry. Seeking dedicated individuals with strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities with an interest in project coordination.
SCHEDULE
MONDAY - FRIDAY 8 am - 4:30 pm
PAY:
up to $24/hr for a candidate with precise skills and work experience for the job.

3 weeks of available PTO. Profit sharing and bonus structure. Health and Dental Insurance, 401k matching, and more! DUTIES Answer company inbound calls and screen all callers. Maintain the company calendar for a variety of tasks and people. Provide reception at the front office Organizing the filing system and maintaining the office/lobby area. Coordinate and set up monthly meetings. Data entry for a variety of projects Provide outstanding customer service to all customers and clients by phone and email, as well as maintain a friendly, positive attitude with coworkers and supervisors. Manages the various operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects by working closely with sales and production teams and then relaying information to the clients. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person by answering questions and suggesting solutions. Gather data inputs from clients and implement orders using the proprietary information management system. Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager and the President of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent certification Recent work history in an administrative or Office setting for a minimum of 2 years. Prior working knowledge of multi-line phone systems, email and chat communication, and other office systems and programs. Skills in the MS Office suite (Excel and Word) Minimum of 2 references that can attest to autonomy and task completion.
