Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) United Real Estate Strive 212 |
Allentown, PA Pay:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, approximately 20-25 hours per week About the Position United Real Estate Strive 212 is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our growing real estate brokerage. This position combines office administration, transaction support, marketing assistance, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. This is not a traditional receptionist role. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting agents, coordinating office operations, assisting with marketing initiatives, and helping ensure the brokerage runs efficiently. ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration Answer incoming phone calls and assist agents, clients, and vendors Manage office communications and daily administrative tasks Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems Coordinate office supplies and maintenance requests Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management Agent & Transaction Support Assist with agent onboarding and offboarding Review real estate documents for completeness and organization Process commission paperwork and maintain transaction records Prepare and distribute commission checks Collect and track monthly agent dues Provide administrative support to agents and brokerage leadership Marketing & Social Media Create and schedule social media content Design flyers, graphics, and marketing materials using Canva or similar platforms Assist with company marketing initiatives and special projects Events & Community Engagement Coordinate office meetings, trainings, and networking events Assist with event planning, communication, and logistics Coordinate with vendors, photographers, title companies, and other business partners Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail Some experience in administration and marketing is preferred Sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms) Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram Experience with Canva or graphic design tools is a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling legal documents, financial records, and private information Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to work with a dynamic and ambitious nationwide real estate brokerage Hands-on experience in real estate operations, marketing, event coordination, and business development Variety in day-to-day responsibilities with opportunities to learn and grow If you are highly organized, professional, and enjoy helping a team succeed, we encourage you to apply.
