Job Description

Lehigh Valley Engineering & Design Firm seeks to hire a friendly, professional and motivated staff member to take charge of various QuickBooks tasks/entry. Team member should be able to multi-task and handle basic office administration duties in addition to bill payment activities. Ideal candidate will be a self-starter and require minimal training.
Responsibilities:
Ensure vendors are set-up within payment system (W-9, certificate of insurance) Ensure validity of incoming invoices and code to appropriate internal client account number Track and pay all incoming vendor invoices on 30-day payment terms Produce basic financial statements within QB Assist with monthly client invoicing Disburse internal expense checks Protect organizations values by maintaining confidentiality Assist with overall office functions, phones, management support, clerical
Qualifications/Skills:
Proficient in QuickBooks, bill entry and payment, reporting, etc. Proven experience in payables and office administration Excellent verbal and communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Education/Experience:
High School diploma, GED Degree in related business field or equivalent work experience 5+ years work experience in
