Want to Join the Company? Bob Cermignano Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. is seeking an experienced, part time Administrative Assistant. Salary based upon experience. Position is available immediately. Please see below for required qualifications.
Primary Job Functions:
Handle customer calls and direct them to the appropriate department Schedule customer appointments and dispatch appointments to service technicians Follow-up with customers Answer messages and direct them to the appropriate department Provide office support to entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills
Required Qualifications:
Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge of PC technology Knowledge of the Main Line area Experience with scheduling customer appointments Ability to work both independently and as a team
High School Degree or Equivalent Job Type:

From $20.00 per hour
