Overview:
The primary responsibility of this role will be collecting and inputting data into a weekly legal publication. The secondary role of this person will be to assist with general office operations and provide various office support. We are seeking a highly organized and highly structured individual to join our organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works independently to manage high value documentation and data entry tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining a high quality of typing and ensuring all records are accurate and consistent with company standards. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured environment, works independently and values precision and consistency in all tasks. This is a specialized position focused on long-term contributions and reliability within an established role structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate and efficient typing and proofreading of content Formatting and editing documents using publishing software and Microsoft Office applications Answering telephone calls and directing inquiries professionally Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support Managing and responding to email communications Assisting with general office operations and organization; record keeping, filing, shredding, mail preparation etc. Running frequent office errands Assisting with meeting and luncheon meeting setup and cleanup
Qualifications:
Exceptional typing accuracy and strong proofreading skills Extreme attention to detail Highly organized, punctual, and reliable Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong professional communication skills Preferred (Not Required): Experience with desktop publishing software (MS Publisher, Adobe, Affinity)
Compensation & Benefits:
Approximately 35 hours per week 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off Medical benefits not included
