Normandy Farms Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Rehabilitation Administrative Assistant position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Blue Bell, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for performing clerical duties within the department, including maintenance of files, medical records, and scheduling under the direction of therapists and the Director of Rehabilitation & Fitness Services. Greets residents and assists with the completion of initial paperwork prior to evaluation, as well as supports activities which build and maintain a Rehab Center of Excellence. Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: High school education or equivalent Minimum of two years' clerical experience Experience with insurance billing and terminology (preferred) Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
