Job Description

Administrative Assistant (Contract-to-permanent) We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Administrative Assistant to join a busy and collaborative office environment. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, highly organized, and comfortable interacting with a high volume of people. The right candidate will be a natural go-to person who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage phones, emails, and general office communications Coordinate and schedule meetings and events Maintain records, memberships, and confidential documents Assist with office inventory and administrative operations Prepare and distribute newsletters and communications Serve as a primary point of contact for questions, requests, and concerns Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact Support day-to-day office procedures and ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Strong technical skills, including comfort navigating websites and general office systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with diverse groups Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities detail oriented, approachable, and service-oriented personality This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being a key support resource in a dynamic environment.
