Bilingual Front Office Staff

Candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, verifying insurance, updating demographics, collecting payments, and checking patients in and out. Must be willing to accept challenges in a fast-paced practice.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required. Previous medical office setting experience, exceptional customer service skills including telephone etiquette, multi-tasking, tech savvy, and computer literate with typing skills is preferred.

Bilingual Skills:

Excellent ability to communicate fluently in both verbal and written form in the English and Spanish language is required.
