Job Description

The role involves providing comprehensive executive and administrative support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing executive calendars and schedules, preparing weekly and monthly reports, and developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations for recurring and ad hoc meetings. Requires a physical presence across various locations and events, including facility walkthroughs and on-site coordination. Responsibilities also include arranging and coordinating travel, processing purchase orders (POs) and expense reports (with exposure to Oracle or similar systems), and ensuring the smooth execution of large-scale events. The incumbent will also be responsible for handling sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Key Skills & Experience:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint Strong presentation development skills, particularly for recurring weekly meetings Ability to work with or quickly learn Oracle or similar systems for PO processing Highly task-oriented, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities Experience supporting high-volume meetings and coordinating large events Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred; additional experience is highly valued Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma (HSD) or technical college education preferred Relevant administrative or executive support experience is strongly preferred; extensive hands-on experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
