Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Financial Advisor Assistant to support our financial advisory team in delivering exceptional client service and maintaining efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and comfortable handling administrative, financial, and communication tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support financial advisors with scheduling, client communications, and meeting preparation Maintain and update client records, account information, and documentation Assist with on boarding new clients and processing financial paperwork Prepare reports, presentations, and financial review materials Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and calendar management Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations Manage confidential information with discretion and accuracy Assist with marketing initiatives, client events, and office organization Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Previous administrative or financial services experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Knowledge and/or interest in financial planning or investment terminology is a plus Preferred Skills Customer service experience Data entry and recordkeeping accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively Time management and problem-solving skills Familiarity with financial industry software platforms Interest in obtaining licenses to grow in the field Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay Room for salary growth based on performance and obtaining licenses Supportive team environment

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
