We are looking for a client-focused Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations. You'll be the face of our company greeting clients, managing front office activities, and keeping us organized.
Responsibilities:
Be the
Face & Voice:
Greet clients warmly and handle incoming phone calls professionally. Master the
Workflow:
Assemble, review, and prepare completed tax returns and financial reports.
Keep Us Organized:
Process mail, scan/file electronic and physical client records, and track incoming tax documents.
Office Support:
Order supplies, maintain a clean reception area, and support our accounting staff with clerical tasks.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Experience:
12 months A professional with strong communication skills and an unmatched attention to detail. Someone who can handle multiple tasks effortlessly in a fast-paced environment. A team player who maintains strict confidentiality regarding client data. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bonus points:
Prior administrative experience in an accounting, legal, or financial services office!
Tax Season Flex:
Comfortable working extended hours during peak tax season, if needed.
