CODE/ZONING OFFICE SECRETARY
Valley Township, Chester County (population 7,985), a Second Class Township, is seeking applications for a Code/Zoning Department Secretary. The individual will perform administrative support for all code, building and zoning enforcement activities; process applications; record data; track activities; and work with the Townships designated code/building/zoning inspector to schedule inspections and follow up inspections, handle incoming and outgoing information to assure accurate, efficient and timely processing of information. This is a union position under the Collective Bargaining Agreement with AFSCME. Starting salary is $26.05 per hour.
