As an Administrative Assistant Support on our team in Wilson, NC, you will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services in our Life Sciences North America line of business. You will be accountable for coordination of project deliverables, tracking work hours, scheduling meetings, assisting in badging of new employees, and calendar maintenance in support of the Jacobs BIO NC Construction Staff. You will also support the team by maintaining and tracking databases and preparing reports. Your strong organizational skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels - both orally and in writing will help us meet our client's objectives. Here's what you'll need
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience within an engineering, construction, or related organization.
  • Substantial experience with I-9, Payroll, and Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
  • Advanced level computer skills in
Bluebeam and MS Office Suite:
Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Ideally, you will also have:
  • Experience of working on a construction site with a wide range of trade partners (craft), clients, and government and public officials
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish #LifeSciences, #Bio/Pharma, #EPCMV, #globallifescience, #Construction #LI-SH1

The base salary range for this position is $69,500.00 to $115,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
