We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Field Project Administrative Assistant to join our Life Sciences Project team at the West Point/Conshohocken, PA site. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services as part of our Life Sciences Group. You will be supporting the Project Manager, Construction Manager for the project which will also extend to the project team. In this role, you will be expected to perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services. You will be accountable for a wide variety of tasks such as coordinating and scheduling meetings, calendar maintenance, assisting the team with creating, maintaining, and distributing meeting minutes for all meetings, supporting the team in maintaining and preparing reports, power point presentations, stocking supplies, ordering catering, updating monitor content, newsletter coordination, roster updates and event planning, etc. Your strong organization skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels - both orally and in writing will help us meet our client's objectives. Join us and we we'll support you in developing your skills and exploring all that you can do across our global company, with opportunities to share your knowledge along the way. 0 -2 years' administrative experience Microsoft Office Products experience, including Intermediate to Advanced knowledge with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams Ability to learn new software programs Strong written communication skills Ability to walk on uneven surfaces and traverse active construction sites Ability to demonstrate key competencies in the areas of communication, planning and organizing, flexibility and adaptability, customer service, problem assessment and problem solving, attention to detail, and teamwork This role is not eligible to candidates who require sponsorship Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
