Office Services Associate Conshohocken, PA 4 DAYS AGO 22487267 Summary Conshohocken, PA In-Person Competitive Salary 1 Years Experience Post-secondary academic degree, Associate degree No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description Brixmor Position Summary The Office Services Associate is an integral member of the Office Services team and is responsible for providing full mailroom support to all Brixmor offices and departments. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, sound judgment, and a high level of confidentiality. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and enjoys supporting multiple departments. This position is in office Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities Electronically sort, research, scan and label incoming mail and packages by department to ensure timely delivery Process, weigh and ship outgoing mail and packages Maintain accurate records of receipt, shipping dates and other required documentation Process bulk mailings using standard mail and FedEx. Operate office equipment including postage meter, copiers and mail folding/inserting machines Replenish postage funds, monitor postage machine supplies and place service calls as needed Maintain adequate inventory of shipping supplies (boxes, tape, labels) and mailroom supplies Stocks and organize mailroom and office supplies areas Check fax machines throughout the day and distribute materials to appropriate recipients Restock printers and copier stations throughout the office Ensure the mailroom remains clean, organized and well-maintained at all times Provide support for office events, including setup and breakdown Provide occasional switchboard coverage during breaks and serve as backup receptionist when needed Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience working in a professional office environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle requests in a courteous, professional, and timely manner Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and ability to collaborate with multiple departments Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Brixmor offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits and perks package designed to support career growth, employee well-being and meaningful connections with teammates and our communities.
