Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for financial advisors Communicate with clients to ensure timely follow-ups and a smooth client experience Enter and maintain accurate client records using Wealthbox CRM Provide administrative and operational support to the team as needed Requirements 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Wealthbox CRM is a strong plus Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in financial services or professional services Familiarity with Wealthbox or similar CRM platforms Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
