Position Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Residential Leasing team. In this role, you are essential to our on-site leasing team and lease renewal process by preparing, distributing, and collecting renewals, scheduling appointments, and supporting the team, as needed. This position reports directly to the Leasing Manager. This is an on-site (Part-Time) position located at
Lehigh Hills Apartments Schedule:
Monday & Satruday Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visa at this time. Responsibilities
  • Handle various aspects of the lease renewal process, including but not limited to preparing, distributing, and collecting renewals within required timeframes.
  • Welcome prospective tenants and existing residents in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incoming leads from prospective tenants and answer questions regarding the property.
  • Assist in pre-qualifying prospects prior to referring to a Leasing Agent.
  • Coordinate property marketing materials.
  • Assist with general office duties.
  • Work closely with Property Manager, and Leasing Manager on property needs.
  • Other duties assigned as appropriate. Job responsibilities are not limited to the above outlined and are subject to change at management's discretion. Requirements & Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively.
  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge required.
  • Customer-centric and team oriented.
  • Familiarity with Yardi a plus. Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly rate at competitive market rate KRE conducts background checks and MVR checks (if applicable) as a condition of employment.
