Job Description

Just Fences is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can effectively manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
Responsibilities Include:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls Scheduling estimates and appointments Entering and typing invoices Assisting walk-in customers in our showroom Processing payments and customer paperwork Maintaining accurate records and files Supporting daily office operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and professional Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls Previous office experience is preferred but not required Join an award-winning, family-owned company that has proudly served the Pittsburgh area for nearly 20 years.
