Job Title:
Finance & Administrative Assistant Job description: We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist the General Manager with accounting, billing, bookkeeping, financial controls, and inventory audits. This role is ideal for someone who is strong with numbers, highly organized, and genuinely interested in finance, accuracy, and keeping operations clean and controlled.Responsibilities:
Reconcile payments received with closed invoices Match credit card and bank transactions with receipts and expenses Review and audit invoices, payments, and financial records for accuracy Identify discrepancies and report issues Ensure all expenses are properly documented and supported by receipts Assist with billing and invoice processing Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks (data entry, record keeping) Maintain organized and accurate financial records Assist with inventory audits and verify stock records Support basic financial tracking and reporting Perform additional finance/admin tasks as assigned by theGeneral Manager Qualifications:
Strong with numbers and high attention to detail Interest or background in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping Comfortable with Excel and basic accounting software Organized, responsible, and dependable Able to handle repetitive, accuracy-focused work Good communication skills Quick learner and able to follow instructionsSchedule:
