Job Description

Job Overview Scotch Valley Country Club is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our golf course team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall management of the golf course. The ideal candidate will bring energy, organization, and a proactive attitude to help create an inviting environment for members, guests, and staff alike. Candidate should have at least one year experience as an administrative assistant. During Golf season, must be able to work some weekends and holidays Duties Manage front desk operations, greeting guests and members with professionalism and enthusiasm Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking messages accurately Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring quick retrieval of documents Use Microsoft Office Suite and course tools for data entry, correspondence, and report preparation Support office management by coordinating calendar schedules, booking tee times, and organizing events Provide excellent customer support through courteous phone etiquette and personalized assistance Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies Experience Previous office experience in an administrative assistant role (1 Year minimum) Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience in office management or personal assistant roles is advantageous Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Prior clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and handling multi-line phone systems . We value proactive individuals who thrive on organization and customer interaction.
Pay:
$15.50 - $17.50 per hour
