Assistant Program Manager

The IHRS is currently hiring an Assistant Program Manager to provide support to the agency's Program Managers who oversee the agency's group homes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Assistant Program Manager will assist with the day-to-day management of the group homes. Duties include but are not limited to, preparation and filing of medication documentation; Individual Support Plans; Program Assessments; financial documentation; and assisting with employee issues, training, and scheduling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred. Applicants must possess an associate's degree or bachelor's degree in a related field. The position pays $21.50/hr to start and $22/hr after training. All training is paid. Advancement opportunities available.
