USA Pay Rate:
$19.50 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 1 PM (Hybrid; 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Position Overview Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring the office runs efficiently and smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed Organize and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and note-taking Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking Monitor and order office supplies Support basic bookkeeping or data entry tasks Provide general administrative support to management and staff
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
