Job Description

POSITION
Building Secretary (195 calendar day - 7.5hrs per day)
JOB GOAL
The Secretary will be able to effectively manage the operation of the school office.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Demonstrable skills in current computer application Knowledge of applicable office equipment Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps Self-directed initiative, resourceful, and anticipates duties Must be proficient in the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
