Job Description

Bilingual Admin Assistant This is an hourly position working around 40 -45 hours Mon-Fri Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain accurate and updated records of production and employee attendance within the harvesting department through the Workforce, ADS, and Cropsys systems to support the department's payroll process. Timely submission of relevant information to the Human Resources department and collaborate in maintaining personnel records. Organize and distribute paychecks promptly along with any verbal or written communication to employees. Provide support to harvesting staff, including initial training, performance monitoring, and on-site problem-solving. Offer general administrative support to the harvesting team and other departments as needed, including document management, scheduling weekly meetings, and preparing reports and presentations. Facilitate internal communication within the harvesting department between employees and supervisors. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to food safety and good agricultural practices. Collaborate with the harvesting supervisors to ensure quality standards are maintained during the harvesting process, conducting regular inspections and taking corrective actions, as necessary. Report any issues or incidents arising during the harvesting process to the supervisor, providing detailed information and suggestions for resolution. Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in administrative roles Ability to communicate orally (English & Spanish). Proficient in Microsoft Office products Strong analysis and problem-solving skills Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal along with strong organizational skills.
