ERS Inc. is a Mid-size industrial/environmental contractor serving the Mid-Atlantic region Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Levittown, PA. This position will support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to an existing staff of two. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Work Schedule & Compensation Monday through
Friday Hours:
7:00 AM 3:00 PM Salary commensurate with experience Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications. Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service. Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars. Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain filing systems, records, and databases. Order and manage office supplies and equipment. Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports as needed. Assist with data entry, document management, and recordkeeping. Support projects and initiatives for managers and team members. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Professional demeanor and customer service orientation. Preferred Skills Experience with office management software and database systems. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Multitasking and adaptability in a fast-paced setting. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods. Occasionally lift and carry office materials up to 25 pounds.
