Job Description

Key Responsibilities Assist with general office and administrative duties, including filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization Support Financial Aid staff with special projects and day-to-day office operations Review documents and communications for accuracy, grammar, and formatting Respond professionally to student, faculty, and staff inquiries Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and reports. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities Experience and Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Bachelors Degree preferred
Entry level position, no prior work experience required Required Knowledge Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite, especially Word, Excel, Google Sheets Understanding of basic computer operations, file management, and data entry
Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and proofreading techniques Required Skills & Abilities Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong customer service skills Ability to work accurately in a detail-oriented environment Strong computer and organizational skills Excellent proofreading and attention-to-detail abilities Ability to multitask and transition efficiently between projects Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Compensation Expected starting salary : $14.00 hourly —
