Key Responsibilities Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Provide front-facing support by greeting visitors and assisting alumni, students, and campus partners
Assist with event preparation and execution, including check-in, setup, and logistical support
Support Reunion Weekend planning and other alumni programs
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, spreadsheet updates, and document preparation
Prepare mailings and materials for alumni communications
Answer phones and assist with email communication as needed
Maintain organized records and assist with general office operations Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. 1-3 years experience required, 4-7 years experience preferred. Required Knowledge Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Sheets, email) Required Skills and Abilities Successful candidates will demonstrate:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Dependability and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately
Comfortable interacting with a variety of people in a professional setting
Customer service mindset Compensation Expected starting salary : $14.
