Full-Time Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer phones, direct calls, check voice mail, and return calls throughout the day. Scheduling of patients and management of schedules, including rescheduling and cancelling appointments. General point of contact for patients' pre- and post- service needs. Assist patients with registration and check-in. Work closely with the billing department to verify client insurance benefits and completing intakes for new patients. Act as the initial contact for patient issues and consult with management accordingly. Monitor patient accounts and collect co-payments and deductibles. Ensure that interactions between administration, employees, and customers operate cohesively. Record all patient communications within the chart according to policy. Maintain upkeep of patient charts by scanning in needed documentation, uploading documents as necessary, etc… Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of the office throughout the day.

Minimum Qualifications and Competency Requirements:
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Possess state criminal, child abuse, and FBI clearances Have taken the mandated reporter training within the past 5 years Knowledge of computers and standard computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel Possess the ability to learn new computer programs quickly and efficiently Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and quality of work Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
