House Manager

Full-Time House Manager - Private Residence (Newtown Square) We're hiring an experienced, full-time House Manager to run the day-to-day operations of a private home in Newtown Square. This is a senior-level role for someone who takes pride in running a household with care, discretion, and excellent judgment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, daytime hours (~40 hrs/week)

Compensation:

$40+/hour or salaried equivalent, DOE W-2 or 1099 available

Start:

ASAP What you'll do Plan and cook nutritious, gluten-free, anti-inflammatory meals (breakfast, lunch, prepped dinners) Grocery shop and manage household provisions Keep the home tidy, organized, and well-stocked (light cleaning; coordinate deeper cleaning vendors) Drive to appointments, errands, and outings Manage the household calendar — medical appointments, deliveries, service providers Light personal support as needed (medication reminders, mobility assistance — no skilled nursing required) Liaise with family, vendors, and visiting professionals You should have 3+ years as a house manager, private chef, or personal assistant in a private household Confident home cook with real experience cooking gluten-free and anti-inflammatory meals Valid PA driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation Strong organizational skills and discretion Professional, calm, low-drama demeanor CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Comfortable with background check and references Nice to have Experience supporting older adults Experience managing household vendors and systems Bilingual a plus To apply: Send a brief intro, resume, and 2-3 professional references.
