Job Description

Job Overview A Norristown-based law firm seeks an undergraduate intern to join its team of 12 attorneys and 3 paralegals in the fall and winter. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of college and be able to work in person Monday-Friday. This position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who can work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Strong verbal, written, organizational, and technological skills are essential. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including pickup/drop-off, scanning, and distribution of mail and facsimiles
  • Prepare correspondence, documents, and other materials
  • Answering and transferring telephone calls, and relay messages in a professional and courteous manner
  • Opening tickets with IT
  • Providing administrative support to attorneys, including assistance with our billing system, Clio
  • Coordinating firm events
  • Assist with organizing the office
  • Supporting paralegals with tasks, as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of college
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and meet deadlines
