Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required. Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
