Job Description

The Service Coordinator assesses Public Housing residents' needs, identifies and links residents to appropriate community services, and monitors the delivery of services. Responsible for organizing educational and health-related activities designed to help Public Housing residents attain greater self-sufficiency. Full-time, competitive pay and benefits. This position is grant funded with a three-year term expiring June 2029, continuation of the position is dependent upon renewal of grant funding.
