Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven candidate who is willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced and creative environment.
Mission:

Dedicated to maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service while supporting team and organizational goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain Keystone culture, core values, and sense of mission on your team. Learn specifications for all properties and apartments in the team portfolio. Become an expert in your office! Greet all office guests in a professional manner while assisting with in-person, phone, and email inquiries. Direct calls to the appropriate staff when needed and provide excellent customer service. Assist with general office organization and administrative operations, including filing paperwork, maintaining records, organizing documents, and ensuring office areas remain orderly and efficient. Update and maintain organizational and operational online spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems with accuracy and attention to detail. Process online payments and assist with payment-related questions or concerns. Oversee parking-related inquiries, permits, and payments under the direction of the Director of Resident Services. Assist with routine property inspections and help with document findings, maintenance concerns, or resident-related issues. Support leasing operations by assisting with administrative leasing tasks, including scheduling/confirming appointments, conducting on-site tours, preparing leasing documents, and collecting security deposits. Assist with social media management by helping create content, promoting community engagement, and maintaining an active online presence for the property or organization. Plan, coordinate, and assist with resident events, community activities, and promotional initiatives to encourage resident engagement and retention. Assist management with special projects, reports, and additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Knowledge/Critical Skills:
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required. Must be able to obtain and hold Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson's License Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills. Comply with all Fair Housing rules and regulations. Ability to manage multiple complex priorities with seasonal and weekend demands Valid driver's license and consistent personal transportation

From $16.00 per hour
