Job Description

A permanent 12-month position is available as a Benefits Secretary in the Business Office at Central Administration. The District is seeking a detail-oriented individual whose primary responsibilities include administration of employee benefits, insurance enrollments and billing reconciliation, workers' compensation and unemployment claims processing, FMLA administration, ACA reporting, retiree benefits, employment verifications, and assisting employees with benefit-related questions. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
