SUMMARY Primary responsibility for coordinating front desk activity and performing the following duties: greeting and directing clients, staff, and/or visitors to the Recovery Center; facilitating the check-in process; collecting and recording co-payments; scheduling appointments; writing memos and other correspondence as requested; confirming client appointments and recording administrative activity accordingly; tracking no shows and cancellations as directed; and, other related office duties. EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required. About Us The phrase Beacon Light actually refers to two distinct companies: Beacon Light Behavioral Health System (BLBHS) and Beacon Light Adult Residential Services (BLARS). Together they provide mental health services to adults, children and families in both community-based and residential settings. Individually, BLARS primarily provides residential programs for adults, while BLBHS provides community-based and residential programs for children, as well as community-based programs for adults.
