Job Description

Administrative & Data Support Specialist (Part-Time) Warren County Children's Advocacy Center (WCCAC) Warren, PA The Warren County Children's Advocacy Center (WCCAC) is seeking a part-time Administrative & Data Support Specialist to support the daily operations of our child advocacy center. WCCAC coordinates the community response to child abuse investigations in Warren and Forest Counties, Pennsylvania . Through collaboration with law enforcement, child protective services, prosecutors, medical providers, and mental health professionals, we help ensure children receive services in a coordinated, trauma-informed environment. This position helps keep the center running smoothly by supporting administrative functions, managing program data, assisting with bookkeeping tasks, and helping ensure the facility is prepared for scheduled services. This is an entry-level administrative position ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting children and families in the community.

Pay:
$15.00 per hour
Location:
Warren, PA (on-site) This position is grant-funded and contingent upon continued funding . Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Facility Support Provide on-site coverage during scheduled evening tele-mental health sessions Open and secure the building during assigned hours Prepare confidential spaces for tele-mental health appointments Greet children, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team partners in a professional and compassionate manner Answer and route incoming calls appropriately Data Entry & Program Tracking Enter and maintain case and program data in WCCAC databases (including NCAtrak) Track forensic interviews, advocacy contacts, prevention education activities, and MDT meetings Assist with data collection for grant reporting and compliance requirements Maintain organized electronic and physical records in accordance with confidentiality standards Administrative & Bookkeeping Support Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as entering expenses and deposits Support preparation of documentation for audits and grant reporting Help prepare reports, correspondence, and board materials Maintain office supplies and administrative filing systems Program Support Assist with preparation of materials for community trainings and prevention initiatives Support outreach and prevention education activities as needed Help maintain a clean, welcoming, child-friendly office environment Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems Preferred Experience with Microsoft Office Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software Experience with databases or data entry systems Additional Requirements Must pass criminal background and child abuse clearances Ability to work compassionately with children and families in stressful situations Ability to work independently within a small team environment About WCCAC The Warren County Children's Advocacy Center provides coordinated services to children who have experienced abuse while working to reduce trauma and support families through the investigative and healing process.
