5Cs Culligan as One Customers come first Commitment to Innovation Courage to do what's right Consistently deliver exceptional results Overview Culligan Quench is seeking a part-time Office Coordinator to support day-to-day office operations and help create a welcoming experience for employees, visitors, and business partners. This role supports the Office Manager and assists with office administration, event coordination, and workplace organization.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and candidates. Serve as a helpful resource for employees and external partners, providing timely and professional support. Maintain the appearance and organization of the lobby, conference rooms, kitchen, and common office areas. Order, track, and replenish office and kitchen supplies. Coordinate logistics for office events, meetings, employee celebrations, and food deliveries. Perform administrative duties including document preparation, data entry, file management, and other office support tasks. Receive, unpack, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; prepare outgoing shipments. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an office setting Experience in an office, administrative, receptionist, or customer support role. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Professional communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Positive, dependable, and team-oriented approach. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 15 pounds. Pay & Schedule $18 - $20 an hour Part-time, approximately 12 hours per week Flexible weekday schedule during business hours, shifts will be determined in partnership with the selected candidate and business needs.
