Reimagine What's Possible We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Administrator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive support to the North Sub-Region including General Management, Business, Sales, Operations and Regional Engineering teams, ensuring effective operations and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate is organized, demonstrates initiative, and is committed to continuous improvement as well as fostering a culture of information sharing across the organization. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality administrative support to General Management, Business Function leaders, Operations Line Management and the Sales Team, including meeting coordination, document preparation, and professional communication management. Collaborate with Regional Engineering resources to coordinate projects, manage documentation, and facilitate logistical requirements. Support the Sales team by organizing meetings, assembling reports, and assisting with administrative activities that contribute to client and team success. Support the North Operations team with employee transfers, terminations, posting positions and other general HR support. Plan, organize, and execute both small and large meetings, including agenda development, attendee coordination, venue management (in-person and virtual), and follow-up on action items. Maintain accurate and confidential files, records, and reports, supporting effective information sharing and organizational transparency. Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting for key team members, ensuring smooth and efficient business travel experiences. Support Processing and Reviewing Expense Reporting for leadership team Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and resources to maintain optimal workplace functionality. Take ownership of the team's SharePoint sites, overseeing content updates, access management, and promoting collaborative work practices. Consistently seek opportunities to enhance processes, expand responsibilities, and share knowledge, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. Maintain BSP compliance for North Office Employees. Limited overnight travel for key events required. Office Based position. Qualifications Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating meetings of varying sizes. Effective professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within team environments. Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information. Commitment to continuous learning, process improvement, and information sharing within the organization. Experience managing SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms is preferred. Preferred Skills Associates degree preferred Experience supporting multiple departments or regions. Familiarity with virtual meeting tools and event management platforms. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to process enhancement. Background in coordinating travel and expense processes for teams. Experience supporting sales teams or client-facing departments. What's In It for
