Schedule and Details Full-time position 12 months per year, 8 hours per day. Wage is determined by the Confidential Employees Compensation Plan. The starting wage is $22.66 per hour in the current plan. A new plan begins on July 1, 2026. Serve as the primary administrative support to the Assistant Superintendents and the Supervisors of Teaching and Learning. Professional Development Program Support Use Frontline Professional Growth to create and track professional development offerings and employee participation Create stipend reports for extra payments for curriculum writing and professional development activities Code and reconcile substitute billing for professional development Purchase professional development program materials District Enrollment Reporting Provide enrollment reports to the Superintendent on a routine basis and produce additional reports as requested Support of Board Committees Assist in agenda preparation Setup and planning for meetings as requested Post documents on boarddocs.com as required Attend committee meetings for the purpose of preparing meeting minutes Teaching & Learning Support Assist with maintaining the Teaching & Learning portion of the District website as requested Attend and contribute to the Teaching & Learning team meetings Track expenses for the Teaching & Learning budget and Federal Programs Manage curriculum lead agreements and access to curriculum documents Interface with vendors for obtaining annual quotes Purchasing Support Prepare purchase orders to order materials as requested Coordinate delivery of purchased items Process invoices for purchased items Inventory and track curriculum assets including online applications Special Project Support Provide support for special events and projects including but not limited to Board Retreats, Summer Institutes, District Art Show, the Future Ready Steering Team, and other evening programs Backup Support In the absence of the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent, provide backup support including but not limited to attending board meetings Support the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent at board meetings on a rotating basis Provide backup support to the front office daily operations at the District Office Provide administrative assistance to the Superintendent as requested Other duties as assigned What We Offer You Competitive salary and benefits package A collaborative, growth-focused culture Access to state-of-the-art facilities and technology Professional development opportunities at every level A district that truly values wellness, balance, and belonging Individuals currently employed by the Avon Grove School District who are interested in applying for this position must submit an internal application for this position through https://www.applitrack.com/avongrove/onlineapp/ External applicants who are interested in applying for this position must complete an application on https://www.applitrack.com/avongrove/onlineapp/ •When completing the application please use your legal name as listed on your Social Security Card•Review of applications will continue until the position is filled.
