Job Description:
The Administrative Aide will provide comprehensive support across multiple teams, assisting with administrative coordination, data management, and event logistics. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to varying workflows while supporting multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation Assist with tracking expenses, maintaining calendars, and supporting internal processes Support event coordination efforts including registration management, materials preparation, and on-site assistance Enter, update, and maintain data within CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness Generate reports and assist with data analysis projects as needed Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing initiatives and special projects Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, providing professional and timely customer service Participate in system trainings and continuously build knowledge of internal tools and processes Assist with post-event follow-up activities and reporting
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or professional office setting Experience with data entry, reporting, or database management Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to different team processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working collaboratively and providing excellent customer service Willingness to learn new systems and take initiative
