MUST-HAVE

Hard Skills:

1.) Previous research experience: 1+ years 2.)

Moderate Excel Skills:

basic formulas 3.)

Technical Proficiency:

ability to navigate shared drives (sourcing, retitling, and saving existing documents within a subfolder), create word documents with bullets and minimal formatting

SOFT SKILLS

1.) Attention to detail 2.) Investigative skills 3.) Self-directed - Ability to learn by reading a basic job aid and requiring minimal instruction after training period

NICE-TO-HAVE 1.

) Familiarity with mortgage documentation, i.e. FHA, FNMA, AAL, alternative to foreclosure letters 2.) Working knowledge of FIS, Sageant/Loanserve/Mortgage Serv, CACS/CGI 3.) Default Management; knowledge of Loss Mitigation TekStaff may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of the applicant screening process.
