Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide operational and administrative support within our Product Supply team. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient coordination of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the Product Supply team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule, and coordinate meetings for executives and team members.
  • Serve as the primary communication liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to enhance team productivity and workflow.
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and other office management tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with vendor management and invoicing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience supporting executives or senior management preferred.
