Job Description

To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a global asset management firm, is looking for a long-term temp to support a team of 2 high-level professionals from one of their Legal & Compliance teams. This role starts ASAP (as soon as we find the right person) and has an open-ended temp contract. This role is a 4:1 hybrid schedule, with flexibility to work out of either their Midtown East office or their Berkeley Heights NJ office. Standard daily hours are 8:30am-5:30pm + OT as needed (if there is an urgent matter after hours, they will need this person to log in and handle). 30-minute lunch break. Hourly pay rate is $40.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling/ calendar management Booking travel Reconciling expenses Answering the phones Point person for firmwide scheduling of FINRA Licensing exams and tracking billing Ad hoc admin tasks as needed Project work in
MS Excel Qualifications:
3+ years corporate admin experience
  • though compliance experience is ideal, this team is more flexible on industry! Platforms
  • must have MS Office Suite (particularly Outlook and Excel
  • not pivot table-level experience, but they should be comfortable using excel to track information and stay organized with projects), DocuSign, Adobe and Concur experience is a must.
