Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant at Elevar Business Advisors Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping teams and clients succeed? At Elevar Business Advisors, we partner with growing businesses to provide bookkeeping, payroll, HR, and advisory support that helps them operate with confidence. We're looking for an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and delivering exceptional client support. Position Details Part-Time, Non-Exempt In person M,W,F - Remote Tu, Th $18.00-$22.00 per hour What You'll Do As Elevar's Administrative Assistant, you'll support both clients and internal team members by helping keep operations organized, responsive, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating reminders Responding to client inquiries with professionalism and warmth Drafting emails, follow-ups, and client communications Assisting with onboarding, document collection, and system setup Maintaining organized digital files, workflows, and client records Supporting internal projects, timelines, and administrative initiatives Assisting with reports, Excel tracking logs, and data organization Supporting marketing efforts, social media posting, and internal communications Helping improve processes through templates, automation, and AI tools Assisting leadership with special projects and operational support What We're Looking For 1-3 years of administrative, office support, customer service, or similar experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable with Outlook/Gmail, calendars, shared drives, PDFs, and Excel Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to learn new software and adapt quickly Professional, proactive, and client-focused mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks Online, CRMs, project management software, or AI tools Experience supporting bookkeeping, HR, or professional service firms Interest in process improvement and technology Why Join Elevar? Pay:
