In this role, you'll help create a smooth and welcoming experience for both new and existing team members, while providing key administrative support behind the scenes. What You'll Do Pullman (IL)Assist with team scheduling, communication, and general admin support. Help coordinate interviews, onboarding, uniforms, and milestone celebrations. Support team care efforts, guest retention, birthdays, anniversaries, and recognition moments Answer phone calls and assist with restaurant operations as needed. Maintain accurate and organized records. What You Bring Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable with basic office tools. A team player who can also work independently. Flexible and willing to jump in where needed. Prefer Associates Degree, High School Diploma Required.
