$25.00 Per Hour About Riverdale Tree Services Riverdale Tree Services is a locally owned and operated arborist company proudly serving the Northern Denver Metro area since 2013. We are known for providing professional tree care services, exceptional customer service, and building long-term relationships within the communities we serve. We are seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, managing schedules, and supporting the daily operations of a successful local business. As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while helping keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer phone calls professionally and courteously Schedule estimates, appointments, and completed work Prepare and send customer quotes Follow up with customers regarding estimates and scheduling Create posts and engage with local communities on Nextdoor Respond to customer inquiries and messages in a timely manner Maintain accurate customer records and scheduling information Learn and utilize company scheduling software Assist with general administrative and office duties Support company growth through excellent customer service and communication Qualifications 3-5 years of administrative, office, scheduling, customer service, or related experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable learning new software and technology Desire to learn about the arboriculture and green industry Preferred Qualifications Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, or similar business platforms Experience using Nextdoor or other social media platforms for business engagement Knowledge of tree care, landscaping, or related industries is a plus Location Preference Strong preference will be given to candidates residing in: Brighton Thornton Northglenn Frederick Broomfield Surrounding Northern Denver Metro communities
