Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation in our office environment. Responsibilities
Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors
Maintain office filing and storage systems
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Assist with data entry and record maintenance
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed Experience
Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Experience with phone systems and handling calls professionally
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is a plus
Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling appointments
Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous
