Administrative Assistant Job Description Yintai Investment Company LLC is a family office with a diverse investment portfolio spanning Real Estate, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Sports & Entertainment. Yintai is also active in philanthropy, with a focus on education and the arts. Its CEO serves on numerous nonprofit boards. Yintai seeks to add an Assistant to its team. Responsibilities Expected to
Include:
Light bookkeeping Assist director/manager and other personnel as needed Draft memos in English (and/or Chinese) regarding company matters Communicate with third parties on the Company's behalf in English (and/or Chinese) Handle basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, maintaining records, and documentation Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages in a timely manner Direct and coordinate office activities or operations to maintain efficiency and compliance with company's policy Prepare office agenda and maintain office calendars Aiding in administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Bilingual (speak, read, write) English and Chinese (Mandarin) Prior bookkeeping experience helpful Able to prioritize and timely handle diverse projects in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills Understanding of advanced business and investment terms Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Able to work (with minimal supervision) individually and as part of a team, and to interact with high level executives Accuracy and attention to detail
Salary, Work Hours, & Benefits:
This position is part-time (up to 20 hours/week) and hybrid (majority remote, with occasional on-site office work) Salary depends on experience, skills, and education. Employee is eligible for sick and safe leave
