Job Description

About the Role We are a small, locally focused marketing and consulting company working closely with a variety of clients across different industries. Our team is collaborative, fast-moving, and deeply involved in every stage of a project—from early ideas and strategy to final execution. In this role, you'll work directly with the team to support day-to-day operations, client interactions, and ongoing projects. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to multiple areas of a growing business and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities Client Support & Sales Assistance:
Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner Support the team in preparing client-facing materials (proposals, presentations, reports, etc.) Help organize and maintain internal resources and shared documents Assist with drafting proposals and estimates under guidance Update and manage client information in the CRM system
Administrative & Operations Support:
Assist with basic reporting and internal tracking Help prepare and process documents for vendors and partners Communicate with external vendors and service providers as needed Review client files to ensure accuracy and completeness Support general office needs, including ordering supplies
Marketing Support:
Assist with updating social media accounts and basic content posting Help maintain and update marketing materials and templates Support small marketing initiatives and campaigns Assist with keeping branding and materials consistent across platforms Requirements Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable attitude Interest in marketing, consulting, or working in a small business environment Organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with CRM or accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus Schedule Monday to
