PM Job Description:
Managed complex, high-volume executive calendars in Microsoft Outlook, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritizing critical engagements. Anticipated scheduling challenges and optimized leadership time through strategic calendar planning. Coordinated domestic and international travel logistics, ensuring seamless itineraries and policy compliance. Streamlined executive schedules to maximize productivity and align with organizational priorities. Administered end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) and Scope of Work (SOW) processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Monitored budgets and supported timely, accurate financial reporting. Maintained and enhanced Point and OneDrive environments to improve document organization and accessibility. Implemented efficient digital filing systems for improved team collaboration and resource management. Partnered with Corporate Meetings and Congress teams to plan and execute large-scale events. Supported high-level leadership meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and professional execution.
Required:
